Ira spends, after a short review of the speech, about ten minutes with David Roberts. He covers energy for Grist. Listen in as one pro interviews another. Most interesting is what Roberts says is a prime energy and carbon issue that was not mentioned in the speech and not explicitly in the executive branch's big plan either. That aside, the whole thing provides a good example why conversations among reporters can cover a lot of ground, fast.
