I glanced at the NSF's science360 media roundup of news stories and press releases this morning, and got intrigued by the hed on its link to a recent issue of New Scientist, Whale Mass Strandings Linked To Hearing Loss. What I found was a decent, very short story by environment reporter Michael Marshall.
